The WHS-O5-FOUP, is a precision manual dual-handled pistol grip hand tool engineered to expertly unlock and remove FOUP or FOSB pod doors while preserving their delicate inner gears. This tool seamlessly integrates into the door mechanism, where a simple twist of the ergonomic pistol grip handle effortlessly unlocks the door. The operator easily aligns the tool with the pod's locks, performs another handle twist, and the pod is unlocked. Once the door is removed, the WHS-O5-FOUP offers the unique feature of propping up the door upright, resembling a tripod on the workstation. Importantly, this ensures that the inner door webbing remains clear of any contact with the environment, maintaining the cleanliness of the door's interior.
