mechanical and system engineering, the JETMASK¢â DLP system simplifies
PCB fabrication by imaging the legend or ident directly onto the
board without photo-tooling, screen production or the need for a
separate curing system. This state of the art technology is the
cost effective alternative to silk screening.
FAST EFFICIENT SINGLE STEP PROCESS
Laminate panels are loaded directly onto the
working table An optical alignment system automatically registers
panels to the accuracy needed as the table withdraws into the body
of the machine. Here it undergoes print and cure cycles before the
completed panel is returned to the operator - fully cured.
COMPLETE FLEXIBILITY
Because the JETMASK¢â DLP system is data driven,
each image can be completely different. This means the increasing
demand by OEMs and EMS companies for serialisation can now be met
easily and quickly.
SURFACE INDEPENDENT QUALITY
By using non-contact printing technology,
the JETMASK¢â DLP System is able to produce a high quality image
on varying surface finishes.
EASE OF OPERATION AND INSTALLATION
The JETMASK¢â DLP System could not be easier
to use. Panels are simply loaded and unloaded from the machine.
The user interface is via a Windows¢ç based touch screen. Due to
the straightforward nature of operation, the system is simple to
install, requiring only single phase power, a network connection
and extraction. |
