Weather_Monitor II
The Weather_Monitor II is one incredible package. Glance at the display to see wind direction and wind speed on the compass rose. Check the barometric trend arrow to see if pressure is rising, falling, or steady. Read inside or outside temperature, wind chill, or inside humidity on the display.

Want more? Add the optional Rain Collector, External Temperature/Humidity Sensor, and WeatherLink, and you'll have a powerful computer weather station with all our most-requested features. Backlit display for easy viewing..

Special functions of the Weather_Monitor II include :

  • Inside humidity
  • High and low inside humidity with time and date.
  • Barometric pressure (with stored value) in inches or millimeters of mercury or in millibars.
  • Barometric trend alarm for change greater than .02, .04, or .06 inches of mercury (or metric equivalent) in an hour.

Additional functions include :

  • Inside temperature from 32° to 140°F (0 to 60°C).
  • Outside temperature from -50 to 140°F (-45 to 60°C).
  • High and low temperature with time and date.
  • Wind direction in 1° or 10° increments.
  • Wind speed to 175 mph (150 knots, 280km/hr, 78m/s).
  • High wind speed with time and date.
  • Wind chill to -134°F (-92°C).
  • Low wind chill with time and date.
  • Alarms for temperature, wind speed, wind chill, humidity, and time.

Options include :

  • Daily and accumulated rainfall using the Rain Collector.
  • Outside humidity and dew point (with alarms) using the External Temperature/Humidity Sensor.
  • Computer storage, analysis, and graphic using WeatherLink.
  • Instant weather updates and alarm notification over the phone using WeatherTalker.
  • Data transmission using a telephone modem, a radio data link, or our Short-Range Modem Pair.

Installation options include :

  • Upgraded protection against radio frequency interference and voltage surges using the Protected Junction Box.
  • Mounting the sensors with the Radiation Shield, Sensor Mounting Arm, or Anemometer Mast Mount.
  • Installing the system outdoors using the Complete System Shelter or Multi-Purpose Shelter and appropriate heater.
  • Powering the system in remote locations with the Solar Power Kit.
