Vantage Pro™ weather stations are available in two models: wireless and cabled. Each includes our innovative integrated sensor suite, which combines our rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer all into one pakage - making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability. Customize your weather station by adding consoles or one or more or the special-purpose stations shown on the following pages. Up to  eight wireless transmitters can report to a single console. Because regulations vary, Wireless Vantage Pro and Wireless Vantage Pro Plus may not be available outside the USA.

Vantage Pro

Includes console with AC-power adapter, integrated sensor suite with 40' (12 m) anemometer cable, and mounting hardware. Cabled version also includes a 100' (30 m) cable connecting the console to the integrated sensor suite. Wireless version includes console/receiver plus integrated sensor suite with transmitter, solar panel, 40' (12m) anemometer cable, and mounting hardware. Wireless range is up to 800' (250m) line of sight. Typical range under most conditions is 150' to 500' (45 to 150 m). Add wireless repeaters for distances up to one mile (1.5 km). Console may be powered using the included AC-power adapter or with three C batteries (not included). Batteries lasts up to one year under normal conditions.

Vantage Pro Plus

Adds Solar Radiation and UV sensors - maikng Vantage Pro Plus our most conprehensive station. Includes all of the features of Vantage Pro plus UV and solar radiation sensors and sensor mounting shelf. These sensors and bracket cost more if purchased separately. You save with this special package. Available in both cabled and wireless models.

Vantage Pro with Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield

When accuracy of temperature readings is critical choose any of our Vantage Pro stations with Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield. Fan-aspirated shield combines active and passive aspiration to minimize the effects of radiation. Available in cabled and wireless models.

Wireless Vantage Pro Plus with Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield

Includes Vantage Pro console, integrated sensor suite, mounting hardware, and AC-power adapter. Integrated sensor suite includes rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, and 40' (12 m) anemometer cable. Includes the consol/reciver plus integrated sensor suite with transmitter, solar panel, 40 foot anemometer cable, and mounting hardware. Wireless range if up to 800 feet line of sight. Add wireless repeaters for distances up to one mile. Console may be powered using the included AC-power adapter or with three C batteries (not inlcluded). Mounting Pole not included(See bottom of page for details) Temperature and humidity sensors are enclosed in AC-powered fan-aspirated radiation shield. Vantage Pro Plus Weather Stations add solar radiation and UV sensors, making Vantage Pro Plus the most comprehensive station. Includes all of the features of the Vantage Pro plus UV and solar radiation sensors and sensor mounting shelf. Anemometer is detachable for ultimate flexibility - mount with integrated sensor suite as shown, or mount separately using the included 40-foot cable. The rain collector with self-emptying tipping bucket is exceptionally accurate. Read rainfall amounts in 0.01" or .025mm increments. Temperature and humidity sensors are located inside the fan-aspirated radiation shield. The sheild protects the sensors from solar radiation and other sources od radiated and reflected heat. Optional tripod makes installation even easier. Brackets at the base of legs tilt to mount on roof or uneven terrain.
