Road Measurer The Road Measurer comprises a precision measuring wheel, which drives a mechanical counting head with a folding handle and a pistol grip.

The robust measuring wheel has a special oil resistant tyre and is produced to an exact size to give a constant degree of precision. It is fitted with a fold-away stand to "park" the measurer during use and a quick release brake to stop any further movement and hold the measurement taken.

Clear, easily read, 7mm high figures in the six figure mechanical counting head provide metric or imperial measurement. Adds when wheeled forward; substracts in reverse so it is easy to correct a measurement if you overshoot. A re-set lever returns the counter reading to zero at any time.

A fold down knuckle joint on the handle allows for easy storage and Trumeter Road Measurers are supplied complete with a strong carrying case. Total weight only 2.2 Kg. Overall height 990 mm with handle extended.
