Features
The 215 Oven-logger, protected by a thermally insulated stainless steel box, will record both the object and air temperature of the oven, during the curing cycle.

Up to six probes can be connected to provide a wealth of information about the curing process. An extended memory holds up to 20,000 readings at one time. Data of up to eight curing cycles can be logged and stored in memory.

The 215 Oven-logger software uploads the cure specification directly to the data logger. The probe options make it possible to evaluate the process and assess oven performance.

Important information such as thermostat settings, track speed, type of powder/paint, client data etc. can be included to complete a high quality print-out report.

At the end of process, the 215 Oven-logger will instantly inform the user if the curing cycle specification has been met.

Three ways to evaluate results...

• A green or red LED indicates if the curing process has passed or failed.
• Simple print-out of data to portable infra-red printer. This is very useful for a quick report directly on the shop floor.
• Memory transfer by RS232 interface to a PC. For comprehensive evaluation and performance reports.
