The new 4" diameter 5080-150 Oil Sampling Net is a highly porous TFE-fluoro-carbon polymer net, developed in conjunction with the U.S. Coast Guard, It is used to capture thin oil sheen from surface water. The oil sheen sample is then analyzed, and allows the presentation of chromatographic identification. The net comes complete with disposable quick-disconnect ring-handle.

Oil Sampling Jar Handle
The 5080-JR disposable Jar Handle, is used to attach the 5080-JAR 4 oz. jar.

Oil Sampling Kit
The 5080-KIT combines the net with everything needed to contain and deliver the sample under ASTM standards D4489 & D3325 (gloves, jar with TFE-fluorocarbon lid, handle, and chain of custody form).

Wading Rod
The 2030WN, is a telescoping wading rod (1-2.8m), used to attach either 5080-150 sampling net, or 5080-JR Jar handle.
