The Melt Flow Tester 130 differs from other models because it has motorized control for piston lifting and motion. The system, controlled by a microprocessor based unit and its programs, allows running specific test cycle in all its phases:

• Constant programmable compacting force guarantees repeatability of test conditions and provides superb reproducibility with fractional melts as low as 0.2g/10 min
• The device has a built-in multiple-weights system including masses of 1.000, 1.200, 2.160, 3.800, 5.000, 10.000, 12.500, 20.000 and 21.600g
• Extra stable oven cove with double heater bands patented heat sink around barrel
• Two sets of calibration can be saved (e.g. one for 190°C and one for 230°C)
• Excellent rigidity heavy duty construction
• The measurement results can be followed in real time
• The measuring chamber (oven) is mounted on hinges to facilitate the barrel cleaning.
