The Melt Flow Junior is the entry level CEAST flow rate instrument to carry out MF index using the manual cut-off method (procedure "A") for quick and easy quality control on incomming raw material. To guarantee maximum precision and repeatability the DISTRIBUTION OF TEMPERATURE within the barrel must be UNIFORM. The main characteristics of the Melt Flow Junior are simplicity, which makes it very easy to use, and reliability due to high technology adapted for the instrument.
