EnviroMonitor
Health EnviroMonitor systems help you monitor the conditions
that can lead to health hazards such as sunburn, skin cancer, heat
stress, or hypothermia. Use the Heat Stress System to keep an eye on
the temperature-humidity index. |
|
Use the UV System to measure the intensity of ultraviolet radiation,
and the Full Apparent Temperature System to see effects of the sun, wind,
and humidity on the apparent temperature. For a Comprehensive Health
System, add all the optional sensors. Ideal for use by radio and TV
stations, daycare centers, schools, amusement parks, and resorts [wherever
health and comfort are a priority]. Backlit display for easy viewing.
The Heat Stress System includes :
- Outside temperature, outside humidity and dew point, and outside
apparent temperature (temperature-humidity index) using the External
Temperature/Humidity Sensor.
The UV System includes :
- UV index, dose rate with selectable skin factor, and daily and
accumulated dose using the UV Sensor.
The Full Apparent Temperature System includes :
- Apparent temperature (sun-wind-humidity-temperature index) using the
Solar Radiation Sensor, Anemometer, and External Temperaturee/Humidity
Sensor.
- Solar radiation using the Solar radiation Sensor.
- Wind speed, wind direction, and wind chill using the Anemometer.
Optional functions include :
- Outside temperature using any of our temperature sensors or probes.
- Daily rainfall, accumulated rainfall, and rate of rainfall using the
Rain Collector.
Additional options include :
- The ability to start or stop devices when alarm conditions are met
using Alarm Output Module.
- Computer storage, analysis, and graphing using Health WeatherLink.
- Data transmission using a telephone modem, a radio data link, or our
Short-Range modem Pair.
Installation options include :
- Mounting the sensors with the Radiation Shield, Sensor Mounting Arm,
and Sensor Tilting Bracket.
- Installing the system outdoors using the Complete System Shelter or
Multi-Purpose Shelter and appropriate heater.
- Powering the system in remote locations with the Solar Power Kit.
All systems include :
- Inside temperature in °F or °C.
- Inside humidity.
- Inside apparent temperature (temperature-humidity index).
- Barometric pressure with trend alarm.
- Highs and lows with time of occurance.
- AutoClear of daily amounts and highs and lows at user-selected time.
- Alarms for selected functions.
