E-Series Models
ATAGO Handheld Refractometers are exceptionally simple to
operate and provide quick measurements for the concentration of nearly any
aqueous solution. One drop of sample is sufficient for mort measurements;
since the instruments are small and rugged, they can be convveniently used
anywhere -- whether it's in the field or the lab.
The ATAGO E-Series models feature an easy-to-read display with
large figures and screen shading (pictured below left); the prism is
mounted in high-impact plastic for improved corrosion and breakage
resistance; rubber eyepieces, non-roll stands, and calibration screw
protectors to eliminate accidental calibration chances. Can give accurate
readings of even dark or cloudy liquids. Typical applications include
determining sugar concentration or total solids of food and beverage
products; ratio of water to lubricant in the machine tool industry;
salinity levels in aquariums, etc.
Model ATC-1E features Automatic temperature
Compensation which frees the user from having to recaliibrate in work
environments with large temperature swings. The effective compensatioon
range is 10-30°C.
New to the ATAGO line, Brix Refractometer Model H-50 &
H-80 are equipped with prisms constructed of heat-resistant,
acid-proof synthetic gemstone which allow samples of up to 100°C or a low
pH level to be measured.
The ATAGO Analog Refractometer line is filled with instruments for
essentially any application. Extensive Brix, Salinity, Refractive Index
(nD), and various other scales will provide the user with limitless
flexibility.
