The most economical method of processing
densely-loaded samples in testing, sterlizing, preheating, drying, aging,
or curing applications where fast processing and versabitility are
critical.
Airflow Design The
next step forward in faster processing: forced circulating airflow at a
price comparable to gravity airflow. The unique Despatch design
positions the fan to circulate are after it is heated to allow more
uniform heat distribution.
Controls Temperature are maintened automatically with a digital temperature
controller.
Features Despatch
employs its built-to-last techniques into every layer of construction - a
mesure that further contributes to lasting efficient and uniform heathing
capabilities. The result? More work in less time. Some of these features
reduce heat loss and save energy:
- Microprocessor based digital controller for accurate
temperature control and Manual Reset Hi-Limit Control are standard to
protect the chamber's workload as well as the oven itself.
- Air is circulated by a unique combination of fan design
and ducts.
- Welded double-wall contruction and glass fiber
insulation reduce heat loss. Latch and a silicone rubber gasket further
minimize heat leakage.
- Heather has a five year warranty.
- Finished in SilverClay® baked enamel to blend in with
any lab environnment, the LDB also features a stainless steel
interior.
- Easily installed. Simply needs to be connected to your
electrical service and is ready to operate.
