새로운sludge Plants를 디자인하거나 기존 plant의상태를 최적화할때 사용가능.

다음 각각의 parameter 조정가능:

• -air quantity
• -water retention time
•  -biomass volume
•  -feeding volume
•  -sludge recycle rate

Unit 구성: a sedimentation tank,
                 an oxidation tank, 
                 two pumps (feeding and sludge recycling)
                an air flow meter.

The feed flow and the recycle flow: 1 to 150 ml/min 조정가능.
