Model BTD-201B Heated
Dry Film DEVELOPER
The Kepro
BTD-201B is designed to spray-develop, exposed photosensitive coatings,
requiring alkaline based chemistry, such as Kepro's Dry-Film photoresist.
Developing cycle, usually about 1 minute, is controlled with a 10
minute electrical timer activating spray pumps. A lid safety
switch disconnects electrical power to the pumps if the cover is
opened when the chemical sprays are operating. Panels are
supported in a vertical fashion inside the developing chamber and
sprayed from both sides. The four gallon chemical sump is
easily changed by use of the convenient drain tube. The Model
BTD-201B plastic construction is designed for alkaline chemistry,
such as Kepro's dry film resist. A 1000 watt, grounded, titanium
heater is thermostatically controlled to a constant temperature
of 105°F. |

Model BTD-401B Heated
Dry Film DEVELOPER
Kepro answers
your needs in spray developing of exposed photosensitized coatings
requiring alkaline based chemistry, such as Kepro's Dry-Film photo-resist.
You can use your BTD-401B to develop two panels up to 12" x
12" in size at the same time, or use it for your larger single
panels up to 12" x 24" in size. Panels are supported
vertically inside the developing tank and are sprayed from both
sides. The developing cycle of 1 minute is controlled with
an electrical timer activating the spray pumps. An eight gallon
chemical sump is heated with a thermostatically controlled, 1000
watt, grounded, titanium heater to a constant temperature of 105°F.
When the "see through" lid is lifted, a safety switch
disconnects all power to the developer. The chemical sump
is changed with ease by use of the convenient drain tube.
The Model BTD-401B's full plastic construction and stainless steel
hardware is designed for long life. |
