The Kepro BTD-201B is designed to spray-develop, exposed photosensitive coatings, requiring alkaline based chemistry, such as Kepro's Dry-Film photoresist.  Developing cycle, usually about 1 minute, is controlled with a 10 minute electrical timer activating spray pumps.   A lid safety switch disconnects electrical power to the pumps if the cover is opened when the chemical sprays are operating.  Panels are supported in a vertical fashion inside the developing chamber and sprayed from both sides.  The four gallon chemical sump is easily changed by use of the convenient drain tube.  The Model BTD-201B  plastic construction is designed for alkaline chemistry, such as Kepro's dry film resist.  A 1000 watt, grounded, titanium heater is thermostatically controlled to a constant temperature of 105°F.
