  The Model 4000V has a unique, patented chamber design that makes it 20% more efficient than conventional baffled systems. By eliminating the baffles, Para Tech Coating, Inc. has produced a system that delivers more useable chamber volume and reduced raw material usage while eliminating the need for baffle maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, this chamber and fixture design enables extremely low thickness gradients, producing coatings of exceptional clarity and low Dimer content. A number of different chamber sizes are available to suit varying production needs. A modular design enables quick and easy separation of the generator from the chamber modules, providing the flexibility you need to efficiently and economically coat a variety of substrates.
