Model 2000V 는 full production Parylene deposition system. Designed for
24X7 production environments where through and reliability are of paramount
importance, the 2000V is both durable and easy to maintain. And unlike
other Parylene deposition systems, the model 2000V is modular. Different
chamber configurations can be easily attached to the pyrolysis section,
giving the 2000V the flexibility necessary to accommodate an enormous
range of substrates, including ferrites.
