The Para Tech Model 2000H. Its unique and patented modular design gives users the ability to use multiple chamber configurations with the same generator, providing the utmost in flexibility and convenience and potentially boosting overall production capabilities. The modular design also allows for quick and easy separation of the generator and deposition sections accelerating maintenance procedures. Likewise, the chamber, vacuum system, rotational drive and cold trap are separate entities that can also be easily separated for maintenance purposes.
